Compatible with any GEInterlogix receiver the Ecolink Interlogix-Compatible Wireless DoorWindow Sensor with local bypass permits you to monitor a door or window with your Interlogix security system. The sensor features a built-in bypass pushbutton making it easy so that you can temporarily disable detection when you wish to have to open the monitored doorwindow. This white sensor even comes with an interchangeable brown case so you’ll be able to match it with your personal decor. When your monitored doorwindow is opened contact between the sensor and magnet is broken. The sensor then signals your connected receiver to alert you. The sensor securely mounts to your door or window with the included double-sided tape. Each and every product has a label with a unique six-digit serial number. You’ll need this serial number to add this contact to your security system. Enjoy fresh air or leave your home without hassle by temporarily disabling the sensor with its built-in bypass button. To bypass the sensor the door or window being safe should be in the closed position. Press and hold the bypass button until the LED starts to flash then open the door or window. The LED will flash once each 10 seconds to indicate that the sensor is in bypass mode. To take away the bypass and restore normal operation simply close the door or windowFeatures.
