Wear the loop 2 to bed and let it automatically track your sleep. Check the free Polar go with the flow app on your Smartphone to see how long and well you slept. If you wish to have a wake-up alarm, the loop 2 will gently vibrate when it is time to rise and shine. Add a Polar H7 Bluetooth Smart heart rate sensor for real-time, accurate heart rate at the same time as you workout (sold one after the other, not included.).
