SmartBridge Voice Location Smoke alarm is programmable with up to 11 locations in your house – when alarm sounds it is going to tell you the location of the smoke so you’ll plan the best escape route from your home. The wireless feature allows multiple alarms to talk to each other – when one alarm sounds, they all sound. The wireless network operates on 914 MHZ 3 channels and will not interfere with other electronics. The SmartBridge smoke alarm uses photoelectric sensing technology which is especially sensitive to slow, smoldering fires and which reduces nuisance alarms continuously caused by cooking smoke or shower steam. A low battery signal alerts you to replace the battery. The test/silence button both silences a non-threatening alarm or low battery warning. The AA batteries (included) are easy to install in the convenient pullout battery drawer. NOTE: These flexible alarms can be utilized as wirelessly connected home alarms (purchase alarms only) or can also be integrated into the SmartBridge DIY Home Automation system so you’ll received email or text notification in the event probably the most alarms sound whilst you aren’t at home (requires purchase of SmartBridge Gateway sold one by one).
