The 16MP Back Side Illuminated CMOS sensor combined with the TruePic V Image Processor provide wealthy, detailed, colorful images and fast transfer and performance speeds. Full HD 1080p video capture with a dedicated one-touch button and HDMI output may be supported by the SZ-16 iHS.

The lens at the SZ-16 iHS is a 24x wide-angle optical zoom that provides the focal length equivalency of 25-600mm in the 35mm format. At 25mm, you have a true wide-angle lens that can shoot expansive vistas, interiors and inclusive group shots and 600mm is a super-telephoto length that can magnify distant subjects or shoot creative close-ups.
