EC-XTRA Landscape Timer takes the guesswork out of programming. With optional PC programming you’ll custom-design an optimal watering schedule in minutes. Just download the program onto the EC-XTRA and programming is done.
Overview
Complimentary Scheduling Advisor Software and Time Pod create an optimal watering schedule for your landscape and simplifies programming the use of a PC. Expandable to 8 or 10-zones the use of 2-zone expansion modules (sold one by one). Three programs and up to four start times for the most watering flexibility and savings. Makes complying with local watering restrictions quick and easy.
Accessories
The EC-XTRA 2-Zone Expansion Module Accessory expands the indoor timer to up to 10 zones and outdoor timers to up to 12 zones (model #53741).
The Wireless Rain Sensor Accessory conserves water by interrupting sprinklers all the way through rainfall, adjustable from 1/8-inch to 1-inch (3 mm to 2.5 cm). Wires aren’t required to communicate between the sensor and the controller, up to a 300-foot (91.4-meter) range. The module has visual status and signal strength LED’s (model #53770).
A Wired version is also available offering the same conservation rates including 25 feet (7.6 meters) of UV-resistant wire (model #53769).
The Toro Rain Sensor plus Freeze Accessory is compatible with most automatic timers and saves water and money by automatically interrupting your irrigation system when it rains or freezes.
Scheduling Advisor Software recommends watering schedules (frequency and duration), minimizing the potential of over or under watering.
