2) There are 3 small pieces of rubber mats to give protection to your phone throughout the spring clip. If some rubber mats hinder the volume or power buttons of your phone, please eliminate them and stick the new ones to a couple other place of the spring clip (there are three new rubber mats included in the packing box).
