The PowerCost Monitor Wi-Fi Bridge is an upgrade accessory to the BLI 28000 PowerCost Monitor that receives the sensor data. It is the conduit that uploads the customer’s electricity usage data through a wireless router to smart phone and web portals offered by Blue Line application partners, or to a utility portal if that may be preferred. The Wi-Fi Bridge provides the ability for users to upload their electricity usage data to a selection of Blue Line partners so one can engage you with smart phone and web applications in addition to alert engines. These partners provide a broad selection of monitoring and management capabilities including real time presentment, historical charting, energy budgets, activity based alerts and energy saving tips that are to be had anytime, anywhere. The implementation of advanced analytics and the ability to have whole-home energy data broken down and displayed to the appliance level is to be had. This capability provides the user with a lot more powerful information to be used in their electricity consumption reduction efforts by identifying their big energy consumers.
